This privacy policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected when you visit the talhaseven.com website (hereinafter "Site").

When you visit the Site, technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, visit duration, and referring address may be processed.

When you use the contact form, your name, email address, subject, and message are sent to me. If you write to me on WhatsApp, your phone number and message reach me through WhatsApp.

Analytics and ad measurement tools are loaded only after you give cookie consent. Without consent these tools do not run; when you withdraw consent, the related cookies are deleted.

Your choice is stored only in your own browser. You can change it at any time using the cookie preferences link at the bottom of the page.

Google Analytics 4 (Google): collects visit statistics so I can understand how the Site is used. Runs only with your consent.

Google Ads (Google): measures visits and contact requests that come from my ads. Runs only with your consent.

Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft): records on-page activity such as clicks and scrolling to help me improve the Site. Runs only with your consent.

Vercel Analytics (Vercel): the Site is hosted on Vercel. With your consent, Vercel Analytics collects page view statistics. For business card links, the link that was opened is recorded without cookies.

EmailJS: forwards what you write in the contact form to me by email.

Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare): protects the contact form against automated spam. Browser and device information is processed for this check.

WhatsApp (Meta): when you click the WhatsApp button, you are taken to WhatsApp. No WhatsApp code runs on the Site; the conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Google Places API (Google): to show the reviews on my Google Business Profile, my server fetches them directly from Google. None of your data is sent to Google in the process.

I use data for the following purposes: keeping the Site running and secure, understanding how the Site is used and improving it, measuring the effect of my ads, and responding to your contact requests.

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request its rectification, to request its erasure or destruction, and to object.
